Price Review. In accordance with the legislation in force, after conclusion of the travel contract, the agreed price may be revised, either by a price increase or a price reduction, in the cases and under the conditions provided for by law. The prices shown on this website for journeys including flights may be subject to fluctuation, as fuel surcharges - or reductions in the flight price - may be imposed by the airline. The prices displayed on this website are offered for travel including accommodation, taking into account full occupancy of the accommodation. In case of incomplete occupancy, a price supplement may be charged. The price at the time of booking is final and remains unchanged - except for errors as described in the General Terms and Conditions of the Package Travel Act, even if the price on the website was increased or decreased at a later time. Price Review. 6.2.1 There shall be no increase in the prices set out in the Pricing Schedule for the first 12 months of the Framework Agreement. Thereafter, the Contractor may submit an application in writing to the SPCB to increase the prices set out in the Pricing Schedule provided that any such increase, expressed as a percentage, does not exceed the average monthly percentage increase (if any) in the Office for National Statistics’ Consumer Price Index (CPI(X)) in the 12 months immediately preceding the date of the application. Only one such application may be made in each successive 12 month period for the Term of the Framework Agreement.
Price Review. A review of the Contract price, be it periodical or not, shall only take place when expressly agreed in the Specific Conditions. In such case, the review mechanism applicable shall be the variation rate of the Competitiveness Guarantee Index ("Índice de Garantía de Competitividad") established by Act 2/2015, dated 30 March, 2015 on the de-indexation of the Spanish Economy, published by the National Institute of Statistics (INE), or whatever index that may replace it in the future.
