Price Payment and Costs. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Buyer agrees to pay an amount equal to the Unit Price multiplied by the number of Delivered Contract AAUs (the "Purchase Value") [and an amount equal to the Option Unit Price multiplied by the number of Delivered Option AAUs (the "Option Purchase Value")] in accordance with this Clause 8. Any collection fees we incur may be charged to your account. We reserve the right to refuse or return any item or funds transfer.
