Price of Shares. The undersigned understands that the price of the Shares offered hereby bear no relation to the assets, book value or net worth of the Company and were determined arbitrarily by the Company. The undersigned further understands that there is a substantial risk of further dilution on his or its investment in the Company.

Price of Shares a. Shares offered for sale or sold by the Distributor for the account of the Corporation shall be so offered or sold at a price per Share determined in accordance with the then current prospectus relating to the sale of such Shares except as departure from such prices shall be permitted by the rules and regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC").
