Common use of Price Limits Clause in Contracts

Price Limits. China Connect Securities are subject to a general price limit of a range of percentages based on the previous trading day’s closing price. The price limit may be changed from time to time. All orders in respect of China Connect Securities must be within the price limit and any orders with a price beyond the price limit will be rejected by SSE.

In addition, China Connect Securities which are on the risk alert board are subject a ±5% price limit based on the previous trading day’s closing price.
