Price Limits. China Connect Securities are subject to a general price limit of a range of percentages based on the previous trading day’s closing price. The price limit may be changed from time to time. All orders in respect of China Connect Securities must be within the price limit and any orders with a price beyond the price limit will be rejected by SSE.

Price Limits. China Connect Securities (other than some ETFs) are subject to a general price limit of a ±10% based on the previous Trading Day’s closing price. Some ETFs specified by SSE and SZSE are subject to a price limit of ±20%, each based on the previous Trading Day’s closing price. In addition, China Connect Securities (other than some ETFs) which are on the risk alert board are subject a ±5% price limit based on the previous trading day’s closing price. The price limit may be changed from time to time. All orders in respect of China Connect Securities must be within the price limit. Any orders with a price beyond the price limit will be rejected by the relevant China Connect Market.
Price Limits if a plan extension occurs, Bedford will continue to provide existing supports on the same terms as contained in this Agreement until a new NDIS plan is generated • you or your representative will advise Bedford as soon as a new NDIS plan exists • all prices are GST inclusive (if applicable) and include the cost of providing the supports • additional expenses (ie, things that are not included as part of your NDIS supports) are the responsibility of you and/or your representative.   • CONTRACT PRICE/PRICE LIMITATION/ PAYMENT 5.1 The contract price, method of payment, and terms of payment are identified and more particularly described in EXHIBIT C which is incorporated herein by reference.

  • Price List A price list of routine services that are normal and customary must be attached to this agreement (i.e., pressure check, safety/leak seek test, regulator replacement, after hours/same day/non-routine delivery, and other).

  • Shipping must be Freight On Board Destination to the delivery location designated on the Customer purchase order The Contractor will retain title and control of all goods until delivery is completed and the Customer has accepted the delivery. All risk of transportation and all related charges are the responsibility of the Contractor. The Customer will notify the Contractor and H-GAC promptly of any damaged goods and will assist the Contractor in arranging for inspection. The Contractor must file all claims for visible or concealed damage. Unless otherwise stated in the Agreement, deliveries must consist only of new and unused merchandise.

  • Price Decreases The following price decrease terms will apply to the Contract:

  • MAXIMUM COST TO COUNTY In no event will the cost to County for the services to be provided herein exceed the maximum sum of $ including direct non-salary expenses. As set forth in section 14 of this Contract, should the funding source for this Contract be reduced, Contractor agrees that this maximum cost to County may be amended by written notice from County to reflect that reduction.

  • PRICING for Markup of Non-Prepriced Items in RS Means Unit Price Book What is your proposed Markup Percentage on materials not found in the RS Means Price Book? If any materials being utilized for a project cannot be found in the RS Means Price Book, this question is what is the markup percentage on those materials? When answering this question please insert the number that represents your percentage of proposed markup. Example: if you are proposing a 30 percent markup, please insert the number "30". Remember that this is a ceiling markup. You may markup a lesser percentage to the TIPS Member customer when pricing the project, but not a greater percentage. EXAMPLE: You need special materials that are not in the RS Means Unit Price Book for a project. You would buy the materials and mark them up to the TIPS Member customer by the percentage you propose in this question. If the materials cost you, the contractor, $100 and you proposed a markup on this question for the material of 30 percent, then you would charge the TIPS Member customer $130 for the materials.

  • Commercial Price List Reductions Where NYS Net Prices are based on a discount from Contractor’s list prices, price decreases shall take effect automatically during the Contract term and apply to Purchase Orders submitted on or after the date Contractor lowers its pricing to its customers generally or to similarly situated government customers during the Contract term; or
