Price for Purchase of Electric Energy. Commencing on the Commercial Operations Date, Company shall pay Seller for electric energy produced by the Facility and delivered to the Point of Interconnection in response to Company Dispatch in accordance with this Agreement at the rate of $[_________]/MWh. Company shall not pay for electric energy delivered to the Point of Interconnection from the XXXX to the extent such energy was originally taken from the grid to charge the XXXX. If the XXXX is delivering electric energy to the Point of Interconnection in response to Company Dispatch during a period in which a portion of the energy stored in the XXXX is attributable to electric energy that was originally taken from the grid, the electric energy delivered to the Point of Interconnection from the XXXX during such period shall be deemed to be produced by the Facility for purposes of the first sentence of this Section 1 (Price for Purchase of Electric Energy) until no portion of the energy stored in the XXXX is attributable to the production of the Facility.
