Previous Transgressions. 1 The Bidder swears on oath that no previous transgression occurred in the last three years immediately before signing of this Integrity Pact, with any other company in any country conforming to TI approach or including with any Public Sector Enterprise/ Undertaking in India or any Government Department in India that could justify bidder’s exclusion from the tender process.

Previous Transgressions. 6.1 The Bidder / Supplier hereby declares that no previous transgressions resulting in a serious breach of any law, including but not limited to, corruption, fraud, theft, extortion and contraventions of the Competition Act 89 of 1998, which occurred in the last 5 (five) years with any other public sector undertaking, government department or private sector company that could justify its exclusion from its registration on the Bidder’s / Supplier’s database or any bidding process.
Previous Transgressions. (1) The Bidder declares that, to the best of his knowledge, no previous transgressions occurred in the last five (05) years with any Company or Organisation or Institution in any country or with any Government in any country conforming to the anti- corruption approach that could justify his exclusion from the tender process.

The date of such transgression, for the purpose of disclosure by the bidders in this regard, would be the date on which cognizance of the said transgression was taken by the competent authority.   • Preceptor Differential The Hospital shall pay a differential of $1.50 per hour to a nurse who is designated by nursing management to serve as a preceptor to provide on-the-job training to newly hired nurses. One differential will be paid per shift per orientee to the primary preceptor for all hours served as the primary preceptor for that shift. Preceptor will only be paid while the newly hired nurse is in a one-to-one status. Preceptor is a voluntary assignment and the nurse has the option to refuse the preceptor assignment.

  • Bomb Threats In the event of a bomb threat, the worksite shall be evacuated until persons with appropriate expertise deem it to be safe. Employees shall not return to schools or other employment centers which have been evacuated due to bomb threats until clearance for such returns has been given by proper authorities. Employees shall not search for bombs.
