Previous Teaching Experience Credit. A new teacher who has previous teaching experience will be placed on the step of the proper lane (depending on academic preparation as set forth in Subd. 6.3.4) of the salary schedule as agreed upon between the District and the teacher. A teacher will not be given credit in excess of his/her teaching experience or education.

  • Experience Credit a. For the purpose of this article, a teacher teaching on call (TTOC) shall be credited with one (1) day of experience for each full-time equivalent day worked.
