PREVIOUS CONTRACTS. This agreement shall be effective as of the effective date of the Resale Agreement. This Agreement supersedes all previous contracts providing for resale of Expansion Power by the Company to the Customer but only to the extent that such contracts concern Expansion Power Service and including but not limited to the contract dated May 12, 1982. This Agreement supersedes all previous Expansion Power contracts for the sale of Expansion Power by the Authority to the Customer including but not limited to Contract EP‐21 between the Authority and the Customer.
