Previous Agreement. By execution of this Agreement, any prior agreement between the Company, Underwriter and the Broker or between Company and the signing principal(s) related specifically to the business transacted under this Agreement is terminated as of the effective date of this Agreement; but while this Agreement remains in force, any rights of Broker to receive compensation under the terms and conditions of the prior agreement are continued hereunder, and such earned compensation shall be payable at the rate, for the remainder of the period, and on the basis applicable as if that agreement remained in force.
Previous Agreement. This Agreement supersedes all prior oral and written agreements between Executive and PremierWest, or any affiliates or representatives of PremierWest regarding the subject matters set forth herein.
Previous Agreement. All teachers employed as summer school teachers for the summer of 2017 under the previous Agreement who continue to be so employed beyond June 30, 2017, shall receive the same salary as though the previous Agreement remained in effect for the duration of the 2017 summer school.
Previous Agreement. 9.1 This Agreement shall be in substitution for any previous contracts, agreements, arrangements or understandings between the Company and the Executive concerning or relating to the provisions of services by the Executive (whether as employee or consultant or otherwise) and any such contracts, agreements, arrangements or understandings are hereby terminated.

This letter, upon acceptance by you, expressly supersedes that certain letter agreement between you and the Corporation dated February 16, 2005, which primarily concerns your compensation and benefits, and such agreement shall, as of the date of your acceptance, have no further force or effect.

Such amendment and restatement is effective upon execution and delivery of this Agreement by the Company and by the requisite holders as set forth in Section 3.7 of the Previous Agreement. Upon such execution, all provisions of, rights granted and covenants made in the Previous Agreement are hereby waived, released and superseded in their entirety and shall have no further force or effect.
Previous Agreement. On and from the Operative Date, this Deed supersedes all previous agreements or understandings between the parties in connection with its subject matter, other than any confidentiality undertakings made by any party in favour of the other, which remain in force in accordance with their terms.
Previous Agreement. The provisions herein contained constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all previous communications, representations and agreements, whether verbal or written, between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof.
