Prevention Services. Friday Night Live (FNL) and Club Live (CL) Programs Support and Capacity Building for eight (8) to twelve (12) FNL/CL Member Groups of which two (2) to four (4) will be Action Teams. Action teams are member groups which will receive specialized technical assistance to ensure a fun, meaningful, and successful project, access to the FNL fund for resources, and opportunities to promote and receive community and countywide recognition. Each Member Group will include a minimum of eight (8) youth participants. Contractor’s program staff will provide the following:
