Prevention Program. Hinge Health will provide a software only program to Participants (no sensors, coaching, or tablet). The Prevention Program is designed to increase education of Participants regarding key strengthening and stretching activities around healthy habits and is made available by Hinge Health at no additional charge provided that the Chronic Program defined in (b) below is offered by Sponsor to Participants.

Prevention Program. A set of related activities to reduce risk factors for developing a potentially serious mental illness and to build protective factors. The goal of this Program is to bring about mental health including reduction of the applicable negative outcomes listed in WIC Section 5840, subdivision (d) as a result of untreated mental illness for individuals and members of groups or populations whose risk of developing a serious mental illness is greater than average and, as applicable, their parents, caregivers, and other family members.
Prevention Program. The District agrees to pay classified employees whose work duties required regular onsite presence since the beginning of the pandemic, a one-time stipend of $1,250.00 (one-thousand two-hundred and fifty dollars) in recognition of their working efforts to ensure successful business operations and implementation of COVID-19 safety protocols at the onset of the COVID-19 crisis. Eligible work, in accordance with Section G of the Palomar College Covid-19 Prevention Program, includes the following five duties:

Prevention Program. 2. The District shall provide a one-time total stipend of $400 for all unit members to defray necessary expenses incurred as a result of unit members transitioning to working from home beginning in March of 2020 through May 9, 2021. This stipend shall be payable to unit members who taught a class and/or had a non-instructional assignment during the Spring 2020, Fall 2020, or Spring 2021 semesters. The stipend is intended to cover the remote work expenses of unit members including but not limited to, computers, monitors, wireless headsets, keyboards, scanners, printers, increased internet speed/capacity/bandwidth, phone service and/or data, or other related expenses necessary for working remotely. Unit members shall not be required to submit receipts. The District is not responsible for maintaining, repairing, or replacing remote work equipment. Unit members incurring expenses after this one-time stipend shall not be eligible for additional compensation or reimbursement.

  • Erosion Prevention and Control Purchaser’s Operations shall be conducted reasonably to minimize soil erosion. Equipment shall not be operated when ground conditions are such that excessive damage will result. Purchaser shall adjust the kinds and intensity of erosion control work done to ground and weather condi- tions and the need for controlling runoff. Erosion control work shall be kept current immediately preceding ex- pected seasonal periods of precipitation or runoff. If Purchaser fails to do seasonal erosion control work prior to any seasonal period of precipitation or runoff, Forest Service may temporarily assume responsibility for the work and any unencumbered deposits hereunder may be used by Forest Service to do the work. If needed for such work, Purchaser shall make additional deposits on request by Forest Service. Any money deposited or used for this purpose shall be treated as cooperative deposits under B4.218.

  • Orientation Program The Company will allow a designated representative of the Local or Bargaining Unit up to one (1) hour per calendar month for the purpose of conducting the Communications, Energy and Paperworkers Union New Members’ Orientation Program. Such meetings will be conducted during the probationary period of employees, and will be held on Company premises. Employees participating in Orientation Program meetings during their normally scheduled working hours will not suffer loss of pay at their regular rate.   • Leave Donation Program Employees may donate paid leave to a fellow employee who is otherwise eligible to accrue and use sick leave and is employed by the same Agency. The intent of the leave donation program is to allow employees to voluntarily provide assistance to their co-workers who are in critical need of leave due to the serious illness or injury of the employee or a member of the employee’s immediate family. The definition of immediate family as provided in rule 123:1-47-01 of the Administrative Code shall apply for the leave donation program.

It is agreed that maintenance of currency of subject knowledge, the improvement of performance of faculty duties, and the maintenance and improvement of professional competence, including instructional skills, are the primary professional development activities of faculty members.
