Common use of Prevention of Corruption Clause in Contracts

Prevention of Corruption. The Contractor shall not offer, give, or agree to give anything, to any person an inducement or reward for doing, refraining from doing, or for having done or refrained from doing, any act in relation to the obtaining or execution of the Contract or for showing or refraining from showing favour or disfavour to any person in relation to the Contract.

Prevention of Corruption. 42.1 The Contractor shall not offer, offer or give, or agree to give anythinggive, to the Authority or any other public body or any person employed by or on behalf of the Authority or any other public body any gift or consideration of any kind as an inducement or reward for doing, refraining from doing, or for having done or refrained from doing, any act in relation to the obtaining or execution of the Contract Agreement or any other contract with the Authority or any other public body, or for showing or refraining from showing favour or disfavour to any person in relation to the ContractAgreement or any such contract.

Prevention of Corruption. 21.1 The Contractor shall will not offer, offer or give, or agree to give anythinggive, to the Grantor or any person employed by or on behalf of the Grantor or any other public body any gift or consideration of any kind as an inducement or reward for doing, refraining from doing, or for having done or refrained from doing, any act in relation to the obtaining or execution of this Contract or any other contract with the Contract Grantor or any other public body, or for showing or refraining from showing favour or disfavour to any person in relation to the Contractthis Contract or any such contract.

Prevention of Corruption. 7.1 The Contractor shall not offer, give, or agree to give anything, to any person an inducement or reward for doing, refraining from doing, or for having done or refrained from doing, any act in relation to the obtaining or execution of the Contract or for showing or refraining from showing favour or disfavour to any person in relation to the Contract.

Prevention of Corruption. 18.1 The Contractor shall not offer, give, (and it is a condition of this Contract that in entering into this Contract it did not) offer or give or agree to give anythinggive, to any person member, employee or representative of the Authority any gift or consideration of any kind as an inducement or reward for doing, doing or refraining from doing, or for having done or refrained from doing, any act in relation to the obtaining or execution of this or any other contract with the Contract Authority or for showing or refraining from showing favour or disfavour to any person in relation to the Contractthis or any such contract.

Prevention of Corruption. 23.1 The Contractor shall not offer, offer or give, or agree to give anythinggive, to any person employee, agent, servant or representative of the Council any gift or consideration of any kind as an inducement or reward for doing, refraining from doing, or for having done or refrained from doing, any act in relation to the obtaining or execution of this Contract or any other contract with the Contract Council, or for showing or refraining from showing favour or disfavour to any person in relation to this Contract or any such contract. The attention of the ContractContractor is drawn to the criminal offences under the bribery Xxx 0000.

Prevention of Corruption. 8.1. The Contractor shall not offer, give, or agree to give anything, to any person an inducement or reward for doing, refraining from doing, or for having done or refrained from doing, any act in relation to the obtaining or execution of the Contract Framework Agreement or for showing or refraining from showing favour or disfavour to any person in relation to the ContractFramework Agreement.
