Prevention of accidents. 7.3.1. If the engine compartment of a vehicle is located to the rear of the driver's compartment, it shall not be possible to start the engine from the driver's position when the main engine access panel located in the rear face of the vehicle is open and which provide direct access to parts that represent a hazard when the engine is running (e.g. pulley of belt drives).
