Illegal Dumping The Contractor shall ensure that it and all of its Subcontractors and assigns prevent illegal dumping of litter in accordance with Title 5, Texas Health and Safety Code, Chapter 365.
Accidents and Dangerous Occurrences The Hirer must report all accidents involving injury to the public to a member of the Village Hall management committee as soon as possible and complete the relevant section in the Village Hall’s accident book. Any failure of equipment belonging to the Village Hall or brought in by the Hirer must also be reported as soon as possible. Certain types of accident or injury must be reported on a special form to the local authority. The Hall Secretary will give assistance in completing this form. This is in accordance with the Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 1995 (RIDDOR).
No Injunctions or Restraints; Illegality No order, injunction or decree issued by any court or agency of competent jurisdiction or other legal restraint or prohibition preventing the consummation of the Merger or any of the other transactions contemplated by this Agreement shall be in effect. No statute, rule, regulation, order, injunction or decree shall have been enacted, entered, promulgated or enforced by any Governmental Entity which prohibits or makes illegal consummation of the Merger.
Illegal Drugs A. The use or possession of an illegal drug or controlled substance by an employee on duty is cause for suspension or termination, and/or referral for criminal prosecution.
STRIKES AND SANCTIONS 19.1 The Association and the Board subscribe to the principle that differences shall be resolved by peaceful and appropriate means without interruption of the school program. The Association, therefore, agrees that it will not sponsor nor support any strike, sanction, work stoppage, or other concerted refusal to perform work by the teachers covered by this Agreement, nor any instigation thereof, during the life of this Agreement, nor shall the Board engage in any form of lockout against teachers.
DISTURBANCES Tenant and all other occupants will be required to vacate the premises and forfeit the rental fee and security deposit for any of the following: Occupancy exceeding the agreed upon number people, using the premises for any illegal activity, causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties and any other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises. HOLD HARMLESS iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.
Public Procurement 1. The Parties consider the liberalization of their respective public procurement markets as an objective of this Agreement.
Pesticide Prohibition Tenant shall comply with the provisions of Section 308 of Chapter 3 of the San Francisco Environment Code (the “Pesticide Ordinance”) which (i) prohibit the use of certain pesticides on City property, (ii) require the posting of certain notices and the maintenance of certain records regarding pesticide usage and (iii) require Tenant to submit to the Airport an integrated pest management (“IPM”) plan that (a) lists, to the extent reasonably possible, the types and estimated quantities of pesticides that Tenant may need to apply to the Premises during the terms of this Lease,
Sabotage Sabotage is of concern to all Parties involved on any work site and may affect safety, and therefore both the physical and mental well being of all persons on site. The Parties to this Agreement will not tolerate sabotage, and will ensure that any person/s responsible for such action is immediately dismissed. It is accepted that the relevant authorities may have to be notified, and provisions of the OH&S Act implemented.
ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES RESIDENT covenants that RESIDENT and any persons in their household and/or on the PREMISES with their consent shall not obtain, possess, use, administer, dispense, cultivate, or distribute any illegal drug, controlled substance or marijuana on or in the PREMISES. RESIDENT further agrees that this LEASE and RESIDENT’S right to occupy said PREMISES will be terminated if it becomes known to MANAGEMENT that RESIDENT has failed to comply with this paragraph. RI
