PREVAILING WAGE RATES. The Contractor and its subcontractors, regardless of tier, shall strictly comply with their obligation to pay their employees working on the Project site at the applicable prevailing wage rates for the type of work, including any changes thereto, pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Chapter 4115.
