Prevailing Community Standards. In addition to the School Council’s rights under clause 23, the School Council may terminate this Licence immediately by Notice to the Licensee if the Licensee commits any act or does anything that is contrary to prevailing community standards, or is otherwise regarded by the public as unacceptable or brings the reputation of the Licensee into disrepute and as a consequence the School Council believes that the School’s continued association with the Licensee will be prejudicial or otherwise detrimental to the reputation of the School.
