Common use of Press Releases and Announcements Clause in Contracts

Press Releases and Announcements. Immediately after the execution and delivery of this Agreement, the Parties will issue a joint press release announcing the execution and delivery of this Agreement. No Party shall issue (and each Party shall cause its Affiliates not to issue) any other press release or public disclosure relating to the subject matter of this Agreement without the prior written approval of the other Party; provided, however, that any Party may make any public disclosure it believes in good faith is required by law, regulation or stock exchange rule (in which case the disclosing Party or Parties shall advise the other Party or Parties and the other Party or Parties shall, if practicable, have the right to review such press release or announcement prior to its publication).
