As soon as reasonably practicable after the Effective Date, the Parties shall issue a joint public announcement of the execution of this Agreement in a form agreed upon by the Parties and approved through their respective corporate approval processes. Neither Party shall make any public announcement concerning this Agreement, nor make any public statement which includes the name of any other Party or any of its Affiliates, or otherwise use the name of any of the other Parties or any of their Affiliates in any public statement or document, except as may be required by law or judicial order, without the written consent of each of the other Parties, which written consent shall not be withheld unreasonably. Once a Party has consented to public disclosure of its Confidential Information pursuant to this Section 10.5, the other Party may make subsequent public disclosures of the same Confidential Information without further consent.
