Preservation of Information. The Certificate Trustee shall preserve, ---------------------------- in as current a form as is reasonably practicable, the names and addresses of Certificateholders contained in the most recent list furnished to the Certificate Trustee as provided in Section 6.11 or Section 3.05(a), as the case may be, and the names and addresses of Certificateholders received by the Certificate Trustee in its capacity as Registrar, if so acting. The Certificate Trustee may destroy any list furnished to it as provided in Section 6.11 or Section 3.05(a), as the case may be, upon receipt of a new list so furnished.
