Common use of Preservation of Information; Communications to Noteholders Clause in Contracts

Preservation of Information; Communications to Noteholders. (a) The Note Trustee shall preserve, in as current a form as is reasonably practicable, the names and addresses of the Holders of Notes contained in the most recent list furnished to the Note Trustee as provided in Section 7.01 and the names and addresses of Holders of Notes received by the Note Trustee in its capacity as Note Registrar. The Note Trustee may destroy any list furnished to it as provided in such Section 7.01 upon receipt of a new list so furnished.

Preservation of Information; Communications to Noteholders. (a) The Note Trustee shall Registrar will preserve, in as current a form as is reasonably practicable, the names and addresses of the Holders of Notes Registered Noteholders contained in the most recent list furnished to the Note Trustee Registrar as provided in Section 7.01 9.01 and the names and addresses of Holders of Notes Registered Noteholders received by the Note Trustee Registrar in its capacity as Note Registrar. The Note Trustee Registrar may destroy any list furnished to it as provided in such pursuant to Section 7.01 9.01 upon receipt of a new list so furnished.

(a) The Note Trustee Administrator shall preserve, in as current a form as is reasonably practicable, the names and addresses of the Holders of Notes Noteholders contained in the most recent list furnished to the Note Trustee Administrator as provided in Section 2.09 or 7.01 and the names names, addresses and addresses taxpayer identification numbers of Holders of Notes the Noteholders received by the Note Trustee Administrator in its capacity as Note Transfer Agent and Registrar. The Note Trustee Administrator may destroy any list furnished to it as provided in such Section 2.09 or 7.01 upon receipt of a new list so furnished.
