Preservation of Evidence. Both Parties will take action to protect and preserve the fire origin area and evidence pertaining to the fire cause.
Preservation of Evidence. As initial action is taken on a fire, the initial attack forces will preserve information and evidence pertaining to the origin and cause of the fire. Protecting and Jurisdictional Agencies shall render mutual assistance in the gathering of evidence to the fullest extent practicable. Affected Parties to this Agreement will meet to determine an appropriate investigation process.
Preservation of Evidence. Evidence will be preserved in accordance with applicable Agency regulations and policies.
Preservation of Evidence and Chain of Custody Whenever a school official receives from school employees or directly seizes a document, an electronic device or any other item that the official believes may contain evidence of HIB, reasonable precautions must be taken to prevent its theft, destruction or unlawful use by any person. It is understood and agreed that under no circumstances may any person alter, destroy or otherwise dispose of any such evidence. Such evidence must be maintained in a locked and secure location and the handling of such evidence must be documented in order to provide a record that no one has had an opportunity to tamper with the evidence.
Preservation of Evidence. The protecting agency is responsible to preserve information and evidence pertaining to the origin and cause of the fire. As initial action is taken on a fire, all parties will take action to protect and preserve the fire origin area and evidence pertaining to the fire cause and any costs. See Exhibit I, Fire Prevention and Law Enforcement.
Preservation of Evidence. Supplier shall maintain an incident response plan. Following discovery of a Data Privacy Breach, Supplier shall preserve evidence related to the Data Privacy Breach and maintain a clear chain of command according to Supplier’s incident response plan.
Preservation of Evidence. CONTRACTOR agrees to promptly notify UND of all potential claims which arise from or result from this contract. CONTRACTOR further agrees to take all reasonable steps to preserve all physical evidence and information which may be relevant to the circumstances surrounding a potential claim, while maintaining public safety, and to grant UND the opportunity to review and inspect such evidence, including the scene of the accident.

Protection agencies are responsible to perform cause and determination findings on all fires. Investigations beyond cause and determination and all ensuing legal actions are the responsibility of the jurisdictional agency. Preservation of Evidence. In the event a vehicle is impounded as a result of an Evidence Hold, the Contractor shall coordinate with the on-scene Officer for preservation of evidence during towing and storage.
Preservation of Evidence. Seagate shall maintain an incident response plan. Following discovery of a Data Privacy Breach, Seagate shall preserve available evidence related to the Data Privacy Breach and maintain a clear chain of command according to Xxxxxxx’s incident response plan.
