PRESENT CONDITIONS AND BENEFITS. 31.01 All provisions of this Agreement are subject to applicable laws now or hereafter in effect. If any law now existing or hereafter enacted, or proclamation or regulation shall invalidate any position of this Agreement, or if there is an amalgamation, annexation, merger, or other structural change of the Employer, the entire Agreement shall not be invalidated and the existing rights, privileges, and obligations of the Employees shall remain in existence and either party, upon notice to the other, may re-open this present Agreement for negotiation.
