PRESENT AND FUTURE LAWS. 3.01 Unless the terms and conditions set out within this Agreement or any part thereof are found to be in violation of existing and/or future laws, said terms and conditions shall remain in full force and effect for the duration of this Agreement. Any term that is found to be in conflict shall only be inoperative or modified to the extent necessary to resolve the conflict.
