Presence. Any or all Members may participate in any annual or special Members’ meeting by, or through the use of, any means of communication by which all Members participating may simultaneously hear each other during the meeting. A Member so participating is deemed to be present in person at the meeting.

Except as set forth on Schedule 5.5.5, Seller has no knowledge of: (i) any storage, spill, release, discharge, emission, or disposal of any Hazardous Substance that has occurred or is presently occurring in, upon, or onto the Real Property in violation of any Environmental Law; or (ii) the presence of any underground storage tank on the Real Property.
Presence. Mandatory: On all motor vehicles the length of which exceeds 6 m. On all trailers. Optional: On motor vehicles the length of which does not exceed 6 m.
Presence. Mandatory: On all vehicles the length of which exceeds 6 m, except for chassis-cabs. The SM1 type of side-marker lamp shall be used on all categories of vehicles; however the SM2 type of side-marker lamps may be used on the M1 category of vehicles. In addition, on M1 and N1 category vehicles less than 6 m in length, side-marker lamps shall be used, if they supplement the reduced geometric visibility requirements of front position lamps conforming to paragraph 6.9.5.2. and rear position lamps conforming to paragraph 6.10.5.2.
Presence. Optional The emergency stop signal shall be given by the simultaneous operation of all the stop or direction indicator lamps fitted as described in paragraph 6.22.7.
