Common use of Prescription Plan Clause in Contracts

Prescription Plan. The Board will provide a prescription plan for all employees and their dependents, as limited by paragraph A.1 above. Upon ratification of the Agreement, the co-payment for generic prescription drugs shall increase to seven dollars ($7.00) and the co-payment for brand name prescription drugs shall increase to fourteen dollars ($14.00). The co- payment for generic mail-order drugs shall increase to ten dollars ($10.00) and the co- payment for brand name mail-order drugs shall increase to twenty dollars ($20.00). There shall be no major medical coverage for these co-payments.
