Preparation of Preliminary Budget. The District shall prepare annually a preliminary budget, including therein, but not limited to, Operation and Maintenance Expenses, Debt Service, provision for required and reasonable reserves, and any provision for capital expenditures for the ensuing Fiscal Year. Every preliminary budget and every Annual Budget shall also set forth a statement of the sources of funds to be available to defray such expenditures, including without limitation the Annual Charge to be paid by each Municipality and Special Connector.

Preparation of Preliminary Budget. Except with respect to any Fiscal Year ending prior to or in the calendar year 1964, the District shall prepare and file with at least the Consulting Engineer annually a preliminary budget, including therein Operation and Maintenance Expenses, Debt Service, and any provision for capital expenditures for the ensuing Fiscal Year. The District (in the preparation of each such preliminary budget and every Annual Budget) shall comply with any reasonable request of at least the Consulting Engineer as to the classifications in which such budget shall be prepared, particularly with respect to the divisions into which such budget shall be divided. The District (in the preparation of each such preliminary budget and each such Annual Budget) shall include Debt Service on the basis of the Bond Year commencing in the Fiscal Year for which the budget is prepared so that the Debt Service for that Bond Year will be appropriated prior to and collected in said Fiscal Year by the District. Any preliminary budget and any Annual Budget may set forth such additional material as the District may determine. Every preliminary budget and every Annual Budget shall also set forth a statement of the sources of funds to be available to defray such expenditures, including without limitation the Annual Charge to be paid by each Connecting Municipality. A copy of each preliminary budget shall be promptly filed with each Connecting Municipality.

  • Preparation of Presentence Report The defendant understands the United States will provide to the Court and the United States Probation Office a government version of the offense conduct. This may include information concerning the background, character, and conduct of the defendant, including the entirety of his criminal activities. The defendant understands these disclosures are not limited to the count to which he has pleaded guilty. The United States may respond to comments made or positions taken by the defendant or the defendant’s counsel and to correct any misstatements or inaccuracies. The United States further reserves its right to make any recommendations it deems appropriate regarding the disposition of this case, subject only to any limitations set forth in this plea agreement. The United States and the defendant expressly reserve the right to speak to the Court at the time of sentencing pursuant to Rule 32(i)(4) of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure.

  • Construction Budget The total amount indicated by the District for the Project plus all other costs, including design, construction, administration, financing, and all other costs.

  • Project Budget A Project Budget shall be prepared and maintained by Grantee. The Project Budget shall detail all costs for which the Grant will be used during each calendar month of the Term. The Project Budget must be approved in writing by the Project Monitor. Grantee shall carry out the Project and shall incur costs and make disbursements of funds provided hereunder by the Sponsor only in conformity with the Project Budget. The current approved Project Budget is contained in Attachment B. Said Project Budget may be revised from time to time, but no Project Budget or revision thereof shall be effective unless and until the same is approved in writing by Project Monitor.   • Construction Schedule The progress schedule of construction of the Project as provided by Developer and approved by District.

  • Completion of Punch List items 14.4.1 All items in the Punch List shall be completed by the Concessionaire within 90 (ninety) days of the date of issue of the Provisional Certificate and for any delay thereafter, other than for reasons solely attributable to the Authority or due to Force Majeure, the Authority shall be entitled to recover Damages from the Concessionaire to be calculated and paid for each day of delay until all items are completed, at the lower of (a) 0.1% (zero point one per cent) of the Performance Security, and (b) 0.2% (zero point two per cent) of the cost of completing such items as estimated by the Independent Engineer. Subject to payment of such Damages, the Concessionaire shall be entitled to a further period not exceeding 120 (one hundred and twenty) days for completion of the Punch List items. For the avoidance of doubt, it is agreed that if completion of any item is delayed for reasons solely attributable to the Authority or due to Force Majeure, the completion date thereof shall be determined by the Independent Engineer in accordance with Good Industry Practice, and such completion date shall be deemed to be the date of issue of the Provisional Certificate for the purposes of Damages, if any, payable for such item under this Clause 14.4.1.

  • Construction of Project 11.1.1 Developer agrees to cause the Project to be developed, constructed, and installed in accordance with the terms hereof and the Construction Provisions set forth in Exhibit D, including those things reasonably inferred from the Contract Documents as being within the scope of the Project and necessary to produce the stated result even though no mention is made in the Contract Documents.

  • Preparation Awarded vendor shall not begin a project for which TIPS Member has not prepared the site, unless awarded vendor does the preparation work at no cost, or until TIPS Member includes the cost of site preparation in a purchase order. Site preparation includes, but is not limited to: moving furniture, installing wiring for networks or power, and similar pre-installation requirements. Registered sex offender restrictions: For work to be performed at schools, awarded vendor agrees that no employee of a sub-contractor who has been adjudicated to be a registered sex offender will perform work at any time when students are, or reasonably expected to be, present. Awarded vendor agrees that a violation of this condition shall be considered a material breach and may result in the cancellation of the purchase order at the TIPS Member’s discretion. Awarded vendor must identify any additional costs associated with compliance of this term. If no costs are specified, compliance with this term will be provided at no additional charge. Safety measures: Awarded vendor shall take all reasonable precautions for the safety of employees on the worksite, and shall erect and properly maintain all necessary safeguards for protection of workers and the public. Awarded vendor shall post warning signs against all hazards created by the operation and work in progress. Proper precautions shall be taken pursuant to state law and standard practices to protect workers, general public and existing structures from injury or damage.
