Preparation of Plans. Landlord has prepared a plan plans (“Landlord’s Plans”) for the construction of certain improvements in the Additional Premises attached hereto as Exhibit B-1, which Tenant hereby unconditionally approves. Landlord shall perform Landlord’s Initial Construction Work consistent with Landlord’s Plans using building Building standard materials and finishes. Tenant acknowledges that Landlord’s Work does not include the installation of telecommunications cabling and equipment.
