PREPARATION OF FOOD. Not without the prior written consent of the Landlord to prepare or permit or suffer to be prepared any food in the Premises and not to permit or suffer any unusual or objectionable odours to be produced upon or to permeate from the Premises. Sleeping or domestic use Not without the Landlord's prior permission in writing, permit any person to remain in the Premises overnight. Such permission if given shall only be given in order to enable the Tenant to post watchmen to look after the contents of the Premises, which shall not be used as sleeping quarters or as domestic premises within the meaning of the Landlord and Tenant (Consolidation) Ordinance for the time being in force. In addition to any other remedies which the Landlord may have hereunder, the Landlord, its servants or agents may without any prior notice to the Tenant remove any such obstruction and dispose of the same as they may think fit without incurring any liability therefor and the Tenant shall on demand pay to the Landlord all costs and expenses incurred in such removal.
