PREPARATION OF BIDS. E.General Considerations In preparing the Bid, the Bidder is expected to examine the ITB in detail. Material deficiencies in providing the information requested in the ITB may result in rejection of the Bid. The Bidder will not be permitted to take advantage of any errors or omissions in the ITB. Should such errors or omissions be discovered, the Bidder must notify the UNDP accordingly.
