Preparation and Presentation. If the presentation of the Exploitation Plan referred to in Clause 9 takes place more than six months before the end of a Calendar Year THE CONTRACTOR will present the first Exploitation Work Program for the rest of that calendar Year. The Plan will then subsequently be presented Year by Year for the remaining Years, each November.
