Common use of Preparation and Delivery Clause in Contracts

Preparation and Delivery. On or before the earlier of (1) October 15, 2004, or (2) the 45th day following the date of this Lease (such earlier date is referred to herein as the “Space Plans Delivery Deadline”), Tenant shall deliver to Landlord a space plan prepared by a design consultant reasonably acceptable to Landlord (the “Architect”) depicting improvements to be installed in the Premises (the “Space Plans”). Landlord hereby approves Xxxxxx Associates, BOKA Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx Associates and HOK as acceptable architects hereunder.

Landlord hereby approves Xxxxxx Associates, BOKA Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx Associates and HOK as acceptable architects hereunder.
