Prepaid Plans. A. The Employer agrees to participate and accept the terms and conditions of the Union's Prepaid Legal Trust Agreement as may be amended from time to time. Prepaid Plans. If you sign up for one of our prepaid plans, your Services will not be activated until initial payment has been received. You understand that prepaid plans are automatically renewing unless you provide us with written notice of your intent to to not renew. Within at least thirty (30) days prior to expiration of your prepaid plan term, we will bill you for the same Services as you ordered at our then-current fees or those fees as may have been stated in advance for renewal as part of your prepaid plan.
