PREPAID METERS. For a consumer who is participating in prepaid metering may have service automatically disconnected when prepaid funds are exhausted. Service can be automatically restored by adding additional funds to the account. The notice provisions of this Section do not apply to such automatic disconnections for consumers enrolled in prepaid metering.
