PREPAID HEALTH BENEFITS. 31.01 When the enrolment and other requirements of the insurer(s) as indicated in the contracts with the insurers have been met, the Employer shall implement the following group plans in accordance with the Alberta Health Services Standard Plan:
PREPAID HEALTH BENEFITS. (a) Eligible employees may elect to enroll in any or all of the group insurance plan(s) at the time of hire. Employees who have elected to enroll in a particular Plan may withdraw at any time. An employee who has enrolled in a Plan or has withdrawn may enroll in a Plan subject to Carrier approval and conditions. Re-enrolment shall occur only at the sign-up opportunities in January and July.

The Employer shall make information booklets available to eligible Employees who participate in the benefit plans.
