Prepaid Fees. In the event this Contract is terminated by either party, for cause or otherwise, and the County has prepaid for any Deliverables, Consultant shall refund to the County, on a prorated basis to the effective date of termination, all amounts prepaid for Deliverables not actually provided as of the effective date of the termination. The refund shall be made within fourteen (14) days of the effective date of termination.

Prepaid Fees. Certain Rentals may require you to provide a portion of prepaid Fees or a refundable amount (“Deposit”) in advance. All Fees and Deposits, as applicable, will be identified prior to completing your Booking. If held by Xxxxxx, at our option, Deposits may be credited to your Booking or returned when the Space is returned in acceptable condition and free of any material damage. While we may facilitate the collection of Fees and Deposits for Providers, once remitted to Providers, we are not responsible for the return of Fees or Deposits to Tenants, where applicable.
Prepaid Fees. All prepaid fees for Licenses shall be assigned to Buyer at the Closing to the extent and in the amount applicable to any period after the Closing, but only to the extent Buyer may receive credit from an issuing authority with respect to such prepaid fees. Any amounts prepaid under Business Contracts (if any) which are expressly assumed by Buyer at Closing shall be assigned to Buyer at the Closing but only to the extent Buyer may receive credit under such Business Contracts with respect to such prepaid amounts. Any prepaid fees or prepaid amounts under any Business Contracts assigned to Buyer and useable by Buyer for any period after the Closing shall be credited to Sellers at Closing.
Prepaid Fees. (CCH GC-07). Upon the expiration or termination of this Services Agreement for any reason, Vendor will refund to CCH any prepaid fees CCH paid to Vendor for Services or Deliverables not actually furnished as of the expiration or termination date, on a prorated basis to the expiration or termination date, no later than 30 days following the expiration or termination date.
Prepaid Fees. The Adviser will not charge or accept payment of Advisory Fees in advance. In the event of a termination, any Advisory Fees will be deducted on a prorated calculation from the termination date.

If Buyer objects in writing to the calculation of the Prepaid Fees by providing Seller with a dispute notice within such thirty-day period and Buyer and Seller cannot resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days after the date Buyer delivers its dispute notice to Seller, such dispute shall be resolved by an independent accountant mutually acceptable to Buyer and Seller. The fees and expenses of such accounting firm shall be borne equally by Seller and Buyer.
Prepaid Fees. There are no prepaid fees under any of the Acquired ------------ Contracts.
