Premiums and Benefits Coverage. The Employer agrees to pay 85% of the premium for Extended Health Care coverage including Dental coverage for Full Time Employees once they have completed the probationary period. The employee shall pay the remaining 15% of the premium. The Employer agrees to pay 100% of the premium for Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment coverage for Full Time employees once they have completed the probationary period.
