Common use of Premium Rates Clause in Contracts

Premium Rates. All work performed between midnight and 8:00 a.m., on Sundays, and on the following holidays shall be paid for at two (2) times basic scale: New Year’s Day, Family Day, Good Friday, Victoria Day, St. Xxxx Xxxxxxxx, Canada Day, Labour Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day, and Boxing Day.
