Premium Compensation Rate. All hours worked in excess of forty (40) hours in a work week shall be paid at time and one-half (1 1/2) of the employee’s regular compensation rate. PTO, ESL, Holiday, Bereavement and on-call shall not be considered as time worked for the purpose of calculating overtime. Exempt employees (all employees except for Graduate Nurses and Registered Nurses) who work in excess of forty (40) hours in a work week shall be granted compensatory time off within sixty (60) days of the overtime.
