Premises License. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, County hereby licenses to Contractor and Contractor licenses from County (the “License”) the premises described in Exhibit C (the “Licensed Premises”), attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. This License includes access to and from the Licensed Premises and to and from the closest public right-of-way and on and over the land of which the Licensed Premises are a part, all subject to the terms and conditions set forth in Section III below (Access). It is understood and agreed that Contractor’s right and license to engage in the activities covered by this Agreement is non- exclusive, but that the Licensed Premises shall be exclusive for Contractor’s facilities and related equipment, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Contractor’s license and rights granted under this Agreement are irrevocable until the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement. Consideration for the premises license and related access rights is a component of the compensation rates established pursuant to Section IV of this Agreement (Compensation), and no license fee or other payment is separately due from Contractor to County. A possessory interest may be created that may be subject to property taxation, and Contractor shall pay all possessory interest taxes and other taxes and fees arising from its use, facilities, and/or equipment placed on the Licensed Premises or other improvement constructed or placed by Contractor thereon.

Premises License. HFC grants to Contractor a license to use and occupy a limited portion of one or more Parking Facilities designated by HFC in its sole but reasonable discretion for office use and storage purposes (the “Premises”). Such Premises shall be used by Contractor exclusively for the purposes of the provision of the Services, including storage of equipment and supplies. Contractor represents and warrants to HFC that equipment and supplies stored in the Premises shall be for the exclusive benefit of HFC in the performance of the Services by Contractor.

  • Commercial Driver’s License As a result of recent Federal statutory requirements, the State of Michigan enacted Act 346 of 1988.
