Common use of Premises Documents Clause in Contracts

Premises Documents. Mortgagor shall (a) use reasonable efforts to cause the due compliance and faithful performance by the other parties to the Premises Documents with and of all material obligations and agreements by such other parties to be complied with and performed thereunder, and (b) comply with and perform all of its material obligations and agreements under the Premises Documents.
