Common use of Preliminary Budget Clause in Contracts

Preliminary Budget. Attached hereto as Exhibit I and made a part hereof is a preliminary budget for the Site Work (the “Preliminary Budget”) setting forth all of the estimated costs, as of the Agreement Date, for performing and constructing the Site Work. The Parties agree that the Preliminary Budget does not constitute the budget described in Section 8.2(l) of the 9% Contract; rather, the Budget, as defined below (including FCRHA approval) shall be the budget described in Section 8.2(l) of the 9% Contract.
