Preliminary Approval. Plaintiffs shall submit to the District Court a motion, to be joined by Settling Defendants, requesting entry of an order preliminarily approving the settlement substantially in the form of Exhibit A, attached hereto, to the Settlement Class (“Preliminary Order”).
