Pregnancy Disability Leave. A. Leave for pregnancy or childbirth related disability is in addition to any leave granted under FMLA or WFLA.
Pregnancy Disability Leave. 15.4.1 Unit members are entitled to use accumulated sick leave for disabilities caused, or contributed to, by pregnancy, miscarriage, childbirth and recovery thereafter on the same terms and conditions governing leaves of absence from other illness or medical disability.

Pregnancy Disability Leave. 1. An employee who is disabled from working because of pregnancy, childbirth or related medical conditions shall be granted upon request, a leave of absence for up to 4 months during the period of disability. Pregnancy disability leave may consist of leave without pay and/or paid leave such as accrued sick leave, vacation and compensatory time off.

Pregnancy Disability Leave. The District shall provide eligible employees with leave in accordance with the provisions of the California Pregnancy Disability Leave Law. Eligible employees may receive up to four months of unpaid leave when they are disabled by pregnancy, childbirth or related medical condition.

Pregnancy Disability Leave. A female Unit Member who is disabled due to pregnancy, childbirth or related conditions shall be granted an unpaid leave of absence for the period of time the Unit Member is medically unable to work, as certified by a licensed physician, for up to four (4) months.
Pregnancy Disability Leave. 8.8.1 Any employee who is disabled by pregnancy, childbirth, or a related medical condition is eligible for a Pregnancy Disability Leave of Absence. There is no length of service requirement.
