Common use of Pregnancy and Parental Leave Clause in Contracts

Pregnancy and Parental Leave. The following provision is in accordance with the Ontario Employment Standards Act. An employee shall qualify for Pregnancy and/or Parental Leave if they have been employed with the Corporation for at least thirteen (13) weeks before the expected birth date or the date that the child comes into the care of the parent.

An employee who is pregnant shall qualify for Pregnancy and/or Parental Leave if they have been employed with the Corporation for be entitled to up to seventeen (17) weeks leave of absence. An employee who is on parental leave shall be entitled to up to thirty-five (35) weeks leave of absence. The employee shall give at least thirteen two (132) weeks before the expected birth date or the date that the child comes into the care notice of the parenther intention to return to work.

Pregnancy and Parental Leave. The following provision is Pregnancy and Parental leaves will be granted in accordance with the Ontario Employment Standards ActAct of Ontario, unless otherwise amended. An employee shall qualify for Pregnancy and/or Parental Leave if they must have been employed with the Corporation for at least thirteen (13) weeks before of continuous employment prior to the expected date of birth date or the date that the child comes into the care of the parentto be eligible.
