Preferred Pricing Affidavit Requirement. The Department shall provide the Preferred Pricing Affidavit, (Attachment D), for completion by an authorized representative of the Contractor attesting that the Contractor is in compliance with the preferred pricing provision in section 4(b) of the PUR 1000 form. The Contractor agrees to submit to the Department, at least annually, the completed Preferred Pricing Affidavit.

Preferred Pricing Affidavit Requirement. (Attachment G) Pricing offered to the State of Florida for this solicitation shall be the best price available to the State and shall be comparable to or better than the best available pricing offered by the Respondent to similarly situated governmental entities.
