The Preferential Pricing clause ensures that a buyer receives pricing terms that are as favorable as those offered to other customers under similar circumstances. Preferential Pricing. Supplier warrants that it is selling the Deliverables at the lowest prices and upon the most favorable terms (including, without limitation, volume, quality and/or payment terms) that it offers any buyer for Deliverables of the same or similar quality and volume to that provided for in the Purchase Agreement.
