Precautions Against Fire. It is recognized that the activities of PURCHASER under this contract may cause extraordinary fire risk on the areas of operations. PURCHASER agrees to use the highest degree of care to prevent forest fires from starting on or from spreading to the areas of operations. PURCHASER shall require the employees and contractors of PURCHASER and the employees of such contractors to do likewise. STATE may, at any time during the contract period, require PURCHASER to prepare a Fire Plan for the areas of operations. The plan shall set forth the resources and required actions to be taken by PURCHASER and contractors of PURCHASER for the prevention and suppression of fire on the areas of operations. The plan shall meet with the approval of STATE and may be revised as necessary.

Purchaser therefore agrees to use the highest degree of care to prevent forest fires from starting on or from coming on the timber sale area; Purchaser shall require the employees and contractors of Purchaser, and the employees of purchaser=s contractors, to do likewise.
Precautions Against Fire. 10.1. Marina Users shall take all reasonable precautions against the outbreak of fire. No hot work (i.e., work involving welding or similar processes) shall be carried out at the Marina without the specific written authorisation of the Lessor.

The spirit of this clause is that, in the event of a fire breaking out in the transmitter, the fire should not spread to other components of the transmitter or to the building housing the equipment.

  • Safeguards Business Associate, its Agent(s) and Subcontractor(s) shall implement and use appropriate safeguards to prevent the use or disclosure of PHI other than as provided for by this Agreement. With respect to any PHI that is maintained in or transmitted by electronic media, Business Associate or its Subcontractor(s) shall comply with 45 CFR sections 164.308 (administrative safeguards), 164.310 (physical safeguards), 164.312 (technical safeguards) and 164.316 (policies and procedures and documentation requirements). Business Associate or its Agent(s) and Subcontractor(s) shall identify in writing upon request from Covered Entity all of the safeguards that it uses to prevent impermissible uses or disclosures of PHI.
