Common use of Pre-Paid Leave Plan Clause in Contracts

Pre-Paid Leave Plan. R.1 The number of nurses eligible to participate in the prepaid leave plan in any given year will be no more than twenty-four (24) full-time nurses and twenty-four (24) part-time nurses. One (1) nurse in departments where there are between one (1) and twenty (20) bargaining unit members, two (2) nurses in departments where there are between twenty-one (21) and forty (40) nurses, and three (3) nurses in departments where there are forty-one (41) or over bargaining unit members. Departments shall be defined by the Employer.
