Pre-Paid Leave Plan. K-1 One (1) employee may be absent from the Hospital on pre-paid leave at any one time. One (1) employee who is a member of the Registered Practical Nurse Bargaining Unit may be absent from the Hospital on pre-paid leave at any one time.
Pre-Paid Leave Plan. R.1 The number of nurses eligible to participate in the prepaid leave plan in any given year will be no more than twenty-four (24) full-time nurses and twenty-four (24) part-time nurses. One (1) nurse in departments where there are between one (1) and twenty (20) bargaining unit members, two (2) nurses in departments where there are between twenty-one (21) and forty (40) nurses, and three (3) nurses in departments where there are forty-one (41) or over bargaining unit members. Departments shall be defined by the Employer.
Pre-Paid Leave Plan. K-1 Pursuant to Article 11.11(c) of the Central Agreement, it is agreed that no more than a total of fifteen (15) employees (full-time and part-time) may be absent at any one time, with no more than one (1) employee absent from any one Unit.
Pre-Paid Leave Plan. M-1 With reference to Article 11.11, the number of nurses off work at any one time shall not exceed two (2) full-time and two (2) part-time.
